We all live extraordinarily rich lives. We interpret events and ideas in our own unique way. We each have a 'lens' through which we view the past, the present and our aspirations for the future. On Q is a game designed to to share our experiences, to talk about the things that have shaped our lives and to build awareness and understanding between people from different backgrounds, organisations, departments, generations and cultures.
The 70 carefully selected cues (Qcards) inspire fresh and interesting conversations - some ask for snapshots of our past, others ask about our perspectives on the present and some for our perception of the future.
It can be played with family and friends, or as a light-hearted but thoughtful way for groups to connect ... and is especially interesting if there are generational differences or people from diverse backgrounds.
Put On Q on your kitchen table, on your desk, in your bag, go travelling with it and see what happens... It can be played by just two people, or informally in groups - on a train, in the car, during a meal, over the weekend, in the park, on the beach...
On Q is more than a game. There are, clearly, no right of wrong answers... but there can be winners if you play the 'lying' or 'memory' versions.
Each set is packaged using reduce, reuse, recycle principles and contains:-
70 Qcards; a booklet with about a dozen ways to play, historical background and recording pages; answer pads and pencils, a sand-timer and a drawstring bag.
